HSEQ Representative

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ management systems in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the company’s HSEQ performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on HSEQ topics, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSEQ practices are integrated throughout the development, construction, and operation phases of renewable energy or storage plants.
• Manage investigations into incidents and non-conformities, preparing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future incidents.
• Maintain up-to-date HSEQ records and prepare periodic reports for company management.

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• At least one year of prior experience in an HSEQ role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international HSEQ regulations.
• Ability to conduct HSEQ audits and inspections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• HSEQ certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) will be considered a plus.
