Sustainability

Sustainability guides every phase of our business

To facilitate the ecological transition, the rapid development of large-scale renewable energy is essential—and that’s why we have made it the foundation of our business model. However, this alone is not sufficient for sustainable development. The Paris Agreement commits the global community to achieve ambitious decarbonization goals, and we are aware that these actions must be accompanied by a strong sense of responsibility towards all our stakeholders, particularly in the regions where we operate. For us, the transition must also be just and equitable.

We have therefore adopted a sustainability policy that encompasses all aspects of our business, ensuring that the projects we develop have a strong focus on relevant environmental impacts at every stage, are socially inclusive, and that our company is managed according to the best practices of governance and transparency.

ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance) serve as fundamental levers for creating long-term value and are an integral part of our mission and corporate culture. These principles must be translated into practical operational measures that guide every choice and daily operation: from the definition of a new project to its execution on-site, and subsequently, through the management of the plant until the end of its life cycle.

We guarantee compliance with labour standards and human rights, as well as the absence of discrimination, in line with the ILO (International Labour Organization) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. Our commitment to human rights is guided by international standards, including the UN framework “Protect, Respect, and Remedy,” highlighted in the “Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.” We are inspired by the ten principles of the UN Global Compact, integrating them into all business functions and monitoring the progress of this integration.
