Construction Project Manager
Medium to Long-Term Responsibilities
- Management of the contract(s) with a view to optimizing time, costs and quality;
- Management of the entire cycle of construction activities up to the technical and administrative completion of the order, ensuring the correct handover of the plants built to the O&M and Asset Management functions;
- Verification of compliance with national and EU legislation in terms of protection of health and safety at work, environmental and quality, through the adoption of appropriate procedures and protocols;
- Monitoring of the progress of the physical and economic progress curve of the Project, analysis of the shocks against the budget, definition of any critical paths and the appropriate and timely interventions necessary to resolve the critical issues;
- Interface with engineering for the definition of contractual specifications and design activities;
- Support to the “Purchasing” function in the selection of main components (i.e. modules, inverters, trackers, etc.) and in the planning of furniture according to the needs of the Project;
- Support to the “Management Control” function in the preparation of periodic reports relating to the economic progress of projects.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in scientific subjects (preferably Engineering);
- Proven experience of at least three years in the role;
- Knowledge of software packages necessary for reading and editing project documents and accompanying reports and management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint);
- Excellent command of the English language.
