Salesforce Developer Senior

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Head of Digitalization to ensure the effective implementation and continuous development of Sitetracker as a core business tool. Within a highly digitalized environment, the role involves direct exposure to senior management and ongoing collaboration with key operational functions, including development, construction, and engineering. This is a high-impact position with cross-functional visibility and responsibility, ensuring business continuity of IT systems, infrastructure security, user support, management of the application ecosystem, and the evolution of corporate platforms, while guaranteeing efficient digital processes and a high level of data reliability.

Specifically, the role will support the Head of Digitalization in:

  • Designing and developing solutions (including custom ones) on Salesforce
  • Evolving the Sitetracker platform architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement tangible digital improvements
  • Managing Salesforce integrations with other corporate systems (ERP, Data Lake, etc.)
  • Administering Salesforce and Sitetracker: profiles, permissions, roles, and security model
  • Configuring objects, fields, page layouts, and out-of-the-box (OOTB) automations in Salesforce/Sitetracker
  • Managing project templates, milestones, trackers, dashboards, and reporting within Sitetracker
  • Monitoring APIs, managing integrations, data migrations, and data quality
  • Developing custom reports and dashboards

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Knowledge of Sitetracker OOTB configurations
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
  • Experience in developing and managing complex automations (Flow, Process Builder, Platform Events)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders and translate complex needs into functional solutions
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-evolving environments

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of APIs and ETL processes
  • Experience in data management, migrations, and integrations
  • Sitetracker Administrator certification
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II)
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors
  • Familiarity with Tableau and data management principles
